I have been with BPO industry for 8 years and freelancing for a year and six (6) months. Most of the jobs I handled were in customer service for different accounts - Airlines, SiriusXM, Real Estate, Sprint and Telstra. Being a time-oriented and goal-oriented person are among the qualities that I possessed that helps me become successful in my day-to-day job. Whenever a task is given to me I always set goals for it and create a road map for me to be on track on the set deadlines. I can multitask well to finish the job on time and flexible in terms of any changes happen within the organization or the process.
