Hi! my name is Patrick Manlapaz. I am looking for virtual assistant for a full time position I’m into BPO industry for roughly 8years now, I handled different type of line of business I’ve been with telco, sales, healthcare and now sales support desk specialist which is I’ve been working from home 2years now. my current role is handling sales agents who is having troubles processing customers account, it includes scheduling with clients and handling all administrative duties for the sales department, I would like to include my accomplishments, recently I do have 3 consecutive months of having perfect attendance and perfect accuracy from my score card. I will be a good fit to you guys, because of me being hard worker and willing to learn to all kind of stuff. wanted to grow more specially with this new challenge for me, I think I do have an edge because of my experience. Good thing about me is I am detailed oriented. I am multi tasker. I am passionate about my work. if I were given a task from my superior I can definitely finish it with the given date, with less supervision.
