My name is Patricia, and I am a medical and legal translator. However, I have experience in many other fields which I will describe below.

I am a very committed person and I also have the ability of working in multicultural teams and adapting myself to a new working environment.

I completed a Degree in Translation and Interpreting and afterwards I decided to study a Master in Translation and Interpreting in Public Services in order to specialize in the Legal and Medical translation and interpreting fields.

I have worked as a translator, customer support agent and Product Owner at AuPairWorld for two and a half years. In AuPairWorld I have acquired a vast experience when dealing with customers in a wide range of different situations and in different languages such as Spanish, Italian, English and German. As well as in the customer care sector, I worked in the content sector as a translator. I was the responsible for the translations into Spanish and for the quality of the content which would be later published (Landing pages, articles, etc.) on the website. My job at AuPairWorld involved dealing with accuracy, self-motivation and attention to detail.

I have also worked as a project manager three years ago when I had the amazing experience of being selected for doing an internship at Absolute Translation and Interpreting Company in Birmingham. There, I was fully trained as a translation project manager and I learned so many tasks such as establishing contact with translators and clients, prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, etc. At Absolute Translation and Interpreting I mostly dealt with legal and medical translations projects. I translated some texts and for other projects as I was the project manager in.
