Currently, I work as a Customer Service Representative, but my role has naturally expanded into more than just handling customer concerns. I also serve as a Training Coordinator, where I guide new hires and make sure they are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in their roles. Alongside this, I take on the role of an Onboarding Specialist, helping new customers get set up with ease so they can quickly see the value in the service or product they’ve chosen. These experiences have taught me the importance of clear communication, patience, and making processes simple for others.

I’m comfortable wearing multiple hats—whether that’s answering client inquiries, streamlining workflows, training teammates, or making sure customers feel supported every step of the way. My background in accounting also helps me pay attention to detail, stay organized, and manage tasks with accuracy.
