Patricia Gail Picardal

I'm Patricia, but you can call me Pat. I resigned as a Quality Analyst in my 11 yrs of stay in my previous company. My previous role was a quality reviewer, my role is to make sure that the quality standards set by the process owners are being met by the operations that I'm handling. Aside from quality review, there are some reports that I need to create and submit on a daily, weekly and monthly deadline, sample of which are quality performance, error findings if there's any, work volume report and such. Before I transferred in Quality, I started as an associate and I worked my way up to be the team's Subject Matter Expert and Quality Training Associate, with those roles I've mentioned I was trained to do multitasking and be flexible with the workload since I'm juggling both production and admin task. When I say admin task, I serve as the teams first point of escalation for any process clarifications and questions. I was assigned as well to do attendance, and scorecards, and if there are new people in the team I'm the one in charged to train them for the process. With all these qualifications, being a quick learner who knows how to multi task but very attentive to every detail are the qualifications that the position may need. If ever I got hired, this is my first project to be honest. I believe my experience and dedication will put me to the team along with being knowledgeable with different application and system like Google Suite, MS Office, calendar and email management, LastPass, Canva, Photoshop, and a lot more.
