I have Technical Support experience for almost 3 years, we troubleshoot every service issues the customer is facing with their account, we assist customers with all of their concerns and questions. I have managed to learn the art of patience and time management with my previous work experience and I have achieved quotas and provided remarkable survey scores with my service. We also have Sales service wherein we need to offer the products of our clients to customer and happy to say that I was able to hit quotas monthly, too. 

Next, one of my best work experience is having the chance to a part-time Instructor of a private manufacture business. The tasks that I have here is to conduct workshops to various clients who wanted to know how to make Handmade Soap, Skincare Products and Household Products. 

Lastly, I was once a Sales Representative of a construction material supplier. My main role was to sell construction materials specifically Floor and Wall Tiles. As a Sales Representative, I make sure to assist clients and offer them quality products for their construction needs. Part of my job is to visit the project sites to see what I can offer. Lastly, the most important goal is customer service and the communication that I have created with the client.
