◆ Data entry: I collect and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information; enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits; compile verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry; review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check the output.
◆Email management: Sorting, categorizing, and prioritizing emails to ensure efficient handling. Setting up filters and rules to automatically manage incoming emails.
◆ Virtual/Personal assistant: I have computer skills, good organization, and communication. Skills: customer support, processing online orders, and refunds, website design, WordPress maintenance, and social media management. In case my client is busy I have the intuition of what can be a possible intervention to whatever problem that occurs as well as the ability to process information quickly and act based on these.

In June 2020 I started as a Data entry writer and online researcher for Kia dealerships in the US & Canada. I had to manage their info (address, contact person, phone, e-mail, website) into a Google Sheets document. I found 200 specific and largest dealerships in less than 2 hours.
