I have been in the BPO industry since 2011 with 10 years experience in Collections. I started as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support and became a Collections Specialist then promoted to be a Team Supervisor. I handled 10-20 staff when I was a Team Supervisor. I did 1on1 coaching with them on a weekly basis regardless if an agent is outlier or not. We discuss their performance, doing root cause and providing tips on how to improve their performance.
