My name is Paras Gaba, and I am a dedicated and performance-driven professional with over 4.5 years of experience in the BPO industry. Currently, I am working as a Team Leader at an international BPO based in Mohali. I started my journey with Teleperformance in January 2021 and was promoted to Assistant Manager – Customer Care in July 2024, a recognition of my consistent performance, leadership skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

In my current role, I lead a team of customer service associates, managing day-to-day operations to ensure that both quality and productivity benchmarks are met. I am responsible for team performance monitoring, handling escalations, coaching team members, and implementing process improvements. My focus has always been on delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting my team’s professional development.

One of my strengths is my ability to motivate and guide teams through challenges. I believe in leading by example and fostering a collaborative work environment. Over the years, I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, which help me resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Alongside my core responsibilities, I take a keen interest in learning new tools and enhancing my skill set. I am currently improving my proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques, which are essential for reporting and performance tracking. I am also looking forward to learning Amadeus to expand my career options in the travel and tourism sector.

I am now exploring better career opportunities, preferably in the Tricity area, with a focus on roles that offer growth, flexibility, and a competitive salary. I am open to both full-time and part-time or work-from-home opportunities where I can leverage my leadership experience and customer service expertise.
