Apart from the e-learning module, the project also consists of different workflows that the client organisations use while dealing with their customers. This includes bookings, generating invoices, registering payments, etc. The CRM includes features like excel report generation, PDF generation, file uploading using AWS SDK, etc. The backend is deployed to AWS Lambda using the Serverless Framework
