Parameswaran Iyer

I’m Parameswaran Iyer, Founder and Director of Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an IT solutions company based in Mumbai that I started in May 2018 with the vision of building smart, scalable, and impactful software products. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with startups and SMEs across diverse industries such as FinTech, HealthTech, Education, and Custom CRM development, helping them bring their ideas to life through tailored digital solutions.

With a background in Computer Science and over seven years of hands-on development experience, I continue to play an active technical role at Ocufox as a Full Stack Developer and Project Architect. My work spans technologies such as NestJS, Flutter, Vue, Django, and AWS Lambda, and I particularly enjoy designing backend architectures and databases that are as efficient as they are scalable. I believe in combining analytical thinking with empathy — understanding a client’s domain deeply to translate their business needs into functional, future-ready software.

At Ocufox, my focus has been on building a culture of curiosity, reliability, and continuous learning. From creating full-scale digital ecosystems to developing highly modular mobile and web applications, our projects are built with performance and evolution in mind. Some of our recent work includes a serverless FinTech platform that automates credit assessment and loan disbursement, a healthcare management system ensuring data privacy through tenant-based architecture, and an e-learning CRM that supports real-time video streaming and automation workflows.

Alongside entrepreneurship, I’m also a corporate trainer and mentor, conducting workshops and bootcamps for freshers and professionals in technologies like Vue, React, NestJS, Django, Flutter, Python, and REST API design. Teaching allows me to share what I’ve learned, stay connected with the latest trends, and help others build the same passion for clean, impactful tech that drives me every day.

Outside of work, I’m an avid motorcycle rider and car enthusiast, always eager to explore new places, roads, and perspectives. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that every project — big or small — can create lasting impact when built with clarity, creativity, and purpose.
