Pamela Okonkwo

My background is quite vast in the service and administration industry ranging from Customer Support, Sales, Virtual Assistance and Writing. I worked as a Customer Service Representative and as a Telemarketer in Nigeria. My main role was to analyze and collect customer information to prepare product or services reports, build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts using open and interactive communication, gave accurate and appropriate information to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints. My experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with the service that sells.
