Manually tests the enhancements done by the Development team by tagging each step of the test case run as passed or failed using the Mercury Quality Center. Utilizes the Mercury Quality Center and HP Application Lifecycle Management as the toolkit for Requirement and Defect Fixes Testing for 3 years. Replicates issues logged by the Customers in Production as a primary Tester for production support. Validate the fix done by the development team for the issue then creates Release Notes ready for delivery. Improves the documentation and templates used by the Testing Team in QA processes by developing a more efficient approach to the scenarios.
