· Manually tests the enhancements done by the Development team by tagging each step of the test case run as passed or failed using the Mercury Quality Center.
· Utilizes the Mercury Quality Center and HP Application Lifecycle Management as the toolkit for Requirement and Defect Fixes Testing for 3 years.
· Replicates issues logged by the Customers in Production as a primary Tester for production support. Validate the fix done by the development team for the issue then creates Release Notes ready for delivery.
· Improves the documentation and templates used by the Testing Team in QA processes by developing a more efficient approach to the scenarios. Testing effort is significantly reduced by eliminating redundancy.
· Involved in testing API Pooling and smoke testing for external server integrations.
