Pamela I. Alarcon

I worked in the BPO Industry for almost 3 years, most of them were with Amazon. I have also done various home-based jobs which include Email Marketing, Data Entry, Internet Research, Product Research, Market Research, Appointment Setting and ESL Skype/Online Teacher, for a total of almost 3 years. As a Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant, I have developed strong multi-tasking skills. I have raised my writing and communication skills into a higher level.  

I also worked for DoCS way back from 2015 to 2016. The reason why I stopped was that the company closed due to some legal matters. Anyway, my experience as a teacher is something I treasure, and given the chance, I want to teach again. During that time, my classes were both fun and educational. I watched my students improve their English communication, vocabulary usage, pronunciation, and grammar. I was able to teach both children aged 8 years old and up, and adults.
