I worked as a technical service representative in Time Warner Cable. I was assigned to troubleshoot phone, the internet, and cable service. I performed online troubleshooting, gave technical advice, sent out a field technician and would follow up on the scheduled visit for our customers. I would even call possible customers to try our products and eventually have these products installed in their houses.
Team building and leadership were developed as well through collaborative learning by exchanging thoughts and strategies to easily pass the scorecard provided by the company. I even introduced new learning methods to my new team to ensure total comprehension of the problem for easy resolution. Planned and conducted activities for the team were performed that provides each other with opportunities to provide customer care.
