Pablo Valencia Mejia

I’m an Operations and Logistics Professional with strong experience in dispatching, port and rail coordination, multi-terminal operations, and customer communication. My background is also shaped by 9+ years in hospitality, which gave me a natural customer first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

I also lead and train a team of five, teaching them how to manage loads accurately, ask the right questions, and work confidently. I’m quick to learn new instructions and support supervisors with daily reports and full-cycle operational tasks, including managing in-gate/out-gate tickets and ensuring containers are returned on time.

What defines me is my approach: proactive, detail oriented, calm under pressure, and always focused on delivering excellent service. My journey into logistics began with a desire to grow personally and professionally. I’ve rebuilt myself before, and each role has made me more resilient, adaptable, and committed to strong communication, operational excellence, and supporting the people I work with.
