I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial chemistry in Osun State University, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.
I have knowledge in administration; organizing and managing records, preparing reports and presentation. I have worked as an administrative officer in a NYSC local government secretariat, and also as a front desk officer in a solar company. I am also skilled in data management using statistical software, then as a Contact Centre Consultant in Ecobank. My experience includes entry of data, coordinating, handling over a hundred of customers complaints, requests and enquiries and resolving some at first contact.
My personal skills include the ability to multi-task, stay organized and adjust to different work conditions in a fast and timely fashion. They also include being dependable, organized and observant with the ability to pay close attention to detail. I have an influential personality and possess strong communication skills in English language.
