I am a technically skilled and results-driven IT support officer with a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting, application support, and system documentation. With hands-on experience across financial services, government institutions, and IT consulting, I have developed an understanding of user-centered support and systems optimization.

Serving as an IT Support Officer at FMDQ Group, I provide first-level technical and application support across critical platforms. My responsibilities include system monitoring, resolving software issues, managing incidents, and ensuring continuous system performance. I also support digitization of legacy records into centralized databases, emphasizing data accuracy and integrity, while contributing to internal workflow documentation and knowledge base development.

Prior to this, I worked at Detamainingu Limited, where I played a key role in a large-scale database migration project. I was responsible for digitizing physical documents, ensuring data consistency, and performing quality control checks. My contribution extended to assisting in the creation of basic verification models, demonstrating my ability to support internal platforms and streamline data processes.

My earlier roles, including at Idea Consult and the Office of the Governor, Oyo State, helped to improve my technical toolkit through website maintenance, front-end debugging, and application testing.
