I am Adedeji Oshiyoye, a passionate and dedicated professional with over 12 years working experience in Customer Service, Human Resources and Administrative management. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can leverage my skills in Human Resources and Administrative management to drive results and contribute to team success.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, where I developed a solid foundation. Since then, I have worked with Shell Concepts, where I honed my abilities in Human Resources and Administrative management. My journey has equipped me with a versatile skill set that includes Customer Experience, project management, data analysis, teamwork, etc.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to improve my skills which contribute immensely to my career. This experience not only enhanced my technical skills but also taught me the importance of collaboration and effective communication. I believe that the best results come from teamwork and fostering a positive work environment.

I am particularly passionate about innovation, sustainability, etc. I am always eager to learn and grow, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. This commitment to continuous improvement drives me to seek out new challenges and expand my knowledge base.

In my previous role at Transgeneration Enterprises, I successfully created the Human Resources and Administrative Departments. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving. I am confident that my ability to analyze complex situations and develop actionable solutions will add significant value to your team.

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, traveling and sports. I find that these activities not only enrich my life but also enhance my creativity and ability to think outside the box.
