I have over nine years of experience in the Call Centre Industry. I do have knowledge and professional background in Customer Service, Sales and Quality Assurance. I am a fast learner, very well organised, goal-oriented and for me, adhering to my employer mission and vision is the key for success for both my boss and myself. I have taken into my responsibility large groups of individuals with low performance and struggling to reach and meet their Key Performance Indicators. Through careful planning, follow up and encouragement, I had positive results in a considerable small period of time, demonstrating my abilities to work under pressure and using my tools and resources effectively.
