I’m a Client Services and Marketing Professional with over 15 years of experience supporting businesses across the US, EU, and MENA regions. My career began in the BPO industry, where I worked with companies like CSS PVT( For US MOBILE), delivering customer service and technical support for global clients.

I later transitioned into IT Pre-Sales and Marketing roles, working with firms such as PROZTEC, and currently with Aldar for Exchange Works (Qatar), where I manage digital marketing, campaign strategy, client communications, and RFP/RFQ submissions.
