I used to work as a front liner for a major telecommunication which looks for a potential client that will avail of their phone and internet services. After a few years of working there, I decide to be a VA as a customer service representative from various companies. I love to work and help a company handle customer service issues such as email, live chat, and social media accounts, responding to want their client's concerns and giving them the answer that they need in a timely manner.
My duties as a Customer Support Agent include but are not limited to.
Respond to support tickets via email in a timely manner.
Managing and processing tracking orders, refunds, and replacements.
Documenting refunds and replacement ( why there is a need for a refund and replacement ).
Engaging in posts and replying to vendors' social media accounts.
If given additional instruction will gladly accept it.
I can easily get along with other members of the company and I can do things with minimal supervision since I have been a customer support agent for over 2 years now and have been an online sales associate for more than 5 years.
