I have 5 years of experience in a customer service company including the supervisory position where I continuously gave efficient and high-quality service. I also have experience and troubleshooting in and out emails. Given this experience, I am willing to explore and expand my knowledge of new tools to give the clients a job well done.

I am well versed in speaking in the English language. for the past 5 years, my focus is to give the customers satisfaction in all of their transactions. I am self-reliant and a team player. I was also given the opportunity to handle a supervisory position in which to handle a team with different characteristics. My goal was to be sensitive to my people and motivate them to make sure their performance is as always at their optimum level.
