I have gained strong experience in customer service, sales and administrative support over the past several years. At Vee-Connect Apparel, I worked as a Cold Caller and Remote Sales & Administrative Support from August 2022 to July 2025. I made between 80 and 100 outbound calls every day to clients around the world. This helped me develop excellent communication and relationship-building skills. I always followed up with clients to make sure their needs were met and looked for new leads to grow the business. Alongside calling, I wrote professional emails to clients and kept the CRM system updated with accurate information. This made it easier for the sales team to track progress and serve clients better.
