I have over 4 years of Customer Service experience (by phone, live chat using Zendesk, email) and had worked in retail, BPOs/call centers and for e-commerce stores.
I also have experience in managing operations for Shopify stores using Oberlo, Dropified and AliExpress (i.e. order fulfillment, product research and listing, supplier management, FB page comments moderation and disputes handling).
I am always eager and quick to learn new skills as required. Under pressure, I always keep a positive mental attitude to fulfill my tasks.
