I’m a dedicated and adaptable professional with hands-on experience in both customer support and virtual assistance. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses, helping them stay organized, connect better with their clients, and keep daily operations running smoothly—especially in remote environments.

In customer support, I genuinely enjoy helping people. Whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or just making sure a customer feels heard, I always aim to create a positive experience. I know how much first impressions and timely communication matter—and I take that responsibility seriously.

On the virtual assistant side, I’ve supported teams with everything from managing emails and calendars to handling data entry, research, and document organization. I’m comfortable using platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, and Slack to stay on top of tasks and collaborate efficiently. I enjoy creating structure, finding ways to make things easier for others, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
