I am a graduate of Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Ibadan, with hands-on nutritional experience in clinical, community, and educational settings. I conducted comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients, developing personalized dietary plans that improved recovery times by an average of three days and enhanced overall patient health outcomes, also provided nutrition counseling to outpatients, promoting healthier lifestyle choices while at Federal Medical Center. Provided nutrition education through volunteer work with organizations like Lagos Food Bank, Rotaract Club, and Farmgate Initiative, where awareness programs reached over 200 individuals including mothers and children. These initiatives focused on hunger alleviation, exclusive breastfeeding education, and balanced diet promotion, underscoring a commitment to community nutrition improvement. I have complemented practical experience with certifications in Diet and Nutrition, Nutrition Care Process, and Responsible Conduct of Human Research, alongside proficiency in data analysis and effective communication. I have experience as a Campus Ambassador and content creator which has strengthened my abilities in advocacy and public engagement, crucial for promoting nutritional health messages.
