I'm a motivated and inquisitive person who is passionate in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, DevOps techniques, and cybersecurity.  I am an AWS CCP and an OCI FA. I'm now improving my SecDevOps and Cloud Computing abilities because I'm excited to close the gap between secure development and effective operations.

My interest in CRM solutions sparked my career in IT. I've always found it fascinating how technology may enable companies to forge closer bonds with their clientele. I've been able to dive into the technical details of these systems to make sure they operate well and provide value in my role as a CRM Solutions Technical Engineer.

Although I have a CRM background, my love of technology is not limited to that, and I quickly developed an interest in cybersecurity. I developed a new enthusiasm as a result of the constantly changing threat landscape and the urgent necessity to protect data and systems. This is what motivated me to study SecDevOps.

Beyond academics, I'm a motivated problem-solver who enjoys a hectic work atmosphere. I can effectively translate difficult technical topics into English that is simple and straightforward since I have great analytical and communication abilities.

 I bring to the table a solid background in customer relationship management (CRM) systems as a CRM Solutions Technical Engineer. This combination enables me to guarantee the safe and effective functioning of CRM solutions in addition to understanding their technical requirements.

As a lifelong student, I'm always looking for new methods to broaden my knowledge and skill set. My objective is to use my combined expertise in SecDevOps and CRM to help develop safe, effective, and user-friendly CRM systems. I'm excited to be a part of a team where I can work together, learn new things all the time, and use my abilities to solve problems in the real world.
