As a customer Service/Support Representative.
My responsibilities revolved around engaging with client through Inbound/Outbound Calls. With a daily target of 55 calls per day, I was able to meet my targets consistently. I was responsible for client retention. I maintained and stored client data through the use of a CRM software. I also maintained a high quality service during call conversations. I spent about 2 years in that department honing my skills in empathy, effective probing, active listening, which propelled me to excel among my peers.
As a Telemarketer/sales representative & Appointment setter.
I was required to onboard 6 good leads perday. Other duties involved engaging with client via inbound/outbound calls through the use of a dialer.
I was responsible for transferring eligible clients to complete the sales process.
I stored and maintained client data through the use of a CRM software. I ensured I kept to the regulated quality standards as given by the organization.
I built and harnessed skills like Resilience, confidence, empathy, closing, maintaining a good wrap up time.
