I am an Information Technology Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and improving IT systems. I enjoy solving technical problems and helping people use technology more effectively in their day-to-day work.

Over the years, I have worked with various IT tools and systems, including computer hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms. I have strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, and I’m experienced in troubleshooting system errors, setting up new devices, installing software, and managing networks. I’ve also helped teams work more efficiently by upgrading systems and keeping them secure and up to date.

One of my proudest achievements was leading a project to upgrade a company’s old IT infrastructure. By moving to newer systems and introducing cloud-based tools, I helped reduce downtime and improved communication among team members. This project gave me a chance to grow my skills in project planning, teamwork, and documentation.

I’m always looking to improve and learn more. In my spare time, I study topics like cybersecurity, cloud computing (AWS and Azure), and automation using scripting tools like Python and PowerShell. I believe technology is always changing, so I try to keep up with the latest trends to stay relevant and effective.

What sets me apart is my ability to explain complex IT problems in simple terms, making it easier for colleagues and users to understand and feel confident using technology. I work well in both team environments and when handling tasks on my own.
