I have an international background with four years of office and remote working experience, and a longstanding passion for working closely with business management as a virtual, personal or executive assistant.
After completing my BSc in Politics and International Relations, and MA/LLM in Diplomacy and International Law, I have sought opportunities where I can develop professionally and personally. In my previous roles, I have had practice in:
• Diary management and scheduling bookings
• Research and data analysis
• Travel arrangements
• Drafting documents including proposals and meeting
minutes
• Editing and proofreading
• Other ad hoc tasks as required
During my time as an executive assistant, much of my time was spent working remotely coordinating across time zones. As I truly loved my role, I often spent more than the designated time completing my projects, to be able to see the extra results of my work. I was also responsible for an administrative team of four, helping the operations of the company and helping the director and founder to stay organised.
Most recently, I have been working as a magazine writer and proof reader, writing features, news pieces, conducting interviews and taking board meeting minutes. This role has helped to enhance my skills in different forms of writing, editing and minute taking.
