My previous job title was Customer Relations Manager for US Healhworks, now Concentra. I was the liaison to the the company's largest client in southern California, the County of San Diego. I coordinated and tracked pre-employment screenings for 3000 new employees and volunteers each year. I used Outlook and Excel primarily to track these physicals performed at local medical facilities and hundreds of other locations around the United States. I ensured timely and correct delivery of those physical results. This meant constant communication with managers and staff of the clinics and department heads at the County of San Diego.. Continual problem solving and communication between COSD and US Healthworks was always priority. This experience helped sharpen my Microsoft Office skills along with communication skills via email and in person with the client.
I've also worked at a patient registrar and office manager for medical and dental offices. That included constant communication with patients, creating doctor and patient schedules and insurance verification.
