I have two years experience in customer service having worked in the hospitality industry before moving to social work.I have participated in community outreach programs and have worked closely with refugees for the past four and half years. I have outstanding organizational and communication skills. I enjoy interacting with people and providing service to them.
I particularly like the fact that in my line of work I gain additional skills and have the ability to make a difference in someone else's life. I am reliable and pasionate about being able to solve problems and lend a helping hand while providing an ear for somone to air their problems.
Over the years I have developed a number of very important skills that have shaped my career path; I am patient with the people I work with; colleagues and clients alike. I have outstanding time management skills; I work well with minimal or no supervision. Having worked in multi-cultural environment I am able to read people, know when they need their space or when they need to be listened to. I have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively while being attentive to the client's needs.
