I’ve always loved helping people do the things they can’t easily do for themselves. Growing up, I took a computer operations class and started typing documents for others. Every time I handed over a completed job and saw the customer nod with excitement at the outcome, I felt true joy.
Later, I studied Library and Information Science, which strengthened my skills in organization, problem-solving, and supporting people in finding solutions. Over the years, I’ve built a strong track record of helping customers get their work done efficiently and effectively.
