I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and i am currently running an MBA program with a specialisation in Sustainability. I am a customer experience professional. I use applications like CRM, Outlook email and phone calls to interact with customers and clients to provide services, request for feedback, resolve complaints and communicate updates..I have been working in the financial services sector for 8 years and in that time i have learnt how to attend to customers(existing and prospective) and attend to vendors using tools provided by the organisation and more. I am familiar with the Microsoft Office suite apps like Excel, Teams, Powerpoint and i use them to attend to customer requests and prepare reports.I am a team supervisor and can supervise a team of up to 15 team members. I am a team player and i can work with little or no supervision.I work well with different departments in the organisation and i am innovative and solution oriented . Customer satisfaction is at the core of all my actions and i embrace change and organisational learning in a bid to improve my work output. I am an active listener and I can type fast.
