Growing up, I helped manage my mother's shop in Ibadan — handling customer complaints, building relationships, and learning one truth that has never left me: how you treat people IS the product.

That instinct grew stronger when I managed high-pressure supplier relationships with major corporate clients including Nigerian Breweries, Olam, and Pepsi at a trading company in Lagos — where calm, clear communication became my greatest business advantage.
