My expertise spans across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, IT infrastructure optimization, and cybersecurity, ensuring seamless business operations and minimal downtime for end-users.  

Throughout my career, I have successfully troubleshot complex IT issues, managed large-scale system deployments, and implemented robust network security and IT service management frameworks. I have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Windows Server environments, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Additionally, my background in cloud computing and automation using Generative AI tools has helped businesses streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.
