I am a previous customer service Zenith Bank Plc for seven years now. I am well-experienced in handling customers' accounts, ATM reconciliation, data management, balancing of GLs and I also have a good time management skill. In these seven year of experience, I handled different kinds of customers, job functions and it was quite challenging for me but at the same time, it was a great experience because it helped me to develop skills that I thought I don't have. One of the skills that I have learned while working in this industry that I am very proud of, that is being flexible and can multi-task, because while assisting customers I need as well to document their concerns while listening to them and at the same time checking their accounts. That also enhances my verbal communication and non-verbal communication skill. Other than that, these are some skills that also speak more about myself ;
