I am Okoene Angela Chinonye, a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in education, administration, customer service, and digital business support. My journey began with a degree in Public Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), which laid a solid foundation for my ability to manage people, processes, and communication effectively.
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a diverse skill set across multiple sectors. From 2008 to 2013, I honed my interpersonal and sales skills while working in a cosmetic shop, mastering customer relationship management and learning firsthand the art of client retention. In 2013, I transitioned into the nonprofit space, serving as an M&E Research Assistant with an NGO focused on reproductive health. This role sharpened my analytical thinking, data management, and reporting skills—an experience that gave me an eye for detail and a heart for community service.
Later, I found my calling in the education sector, where I flourished as a teacher and mentor. During my NYSC, I tutored children in Akwa Ibom, guiding them academically and personally, helping them make informed decisions. I continued teaching afterward, building a reputation for planning engaging lessons, managing classrooms with empathy, and supporting children’s development holistically.
I didn’t stop there. I upskilled through intensive digital training in virtual assistance, customer support, email marketing, CRM tools, business management platforms, and lead generation. I now confidently work with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello, and Zendesk. I also love cold calling—booking a win from a first-time lead gives me a unique thrill and sense of accomplishment.
