At my previous company, I managed the full HR cycle for 50+ employees: employment contracts, payroll processing across three pay structures (monthly, daily, and piece-rate), BPJS compliance, attendance management, and recruitment end-to-end. When the company pursued ISO and SNI certification, I was responsible for building all HR documentation from scratch:
15+ Standard Operating Procedures, compliance checklists, and audit-ready records. We passed with zero major non-conformances.
Beyond HR, I also led business operations for a startup unit, where I handled financial reporting (P&L, receivables, petty cash), facility coordination, and most excitingly workflow automation using n8n. I designed automated pipelines that pulled advertising data on a schedule and auto-generated content reports, reducing the creative team's manual workload significantly. I work closely with AI tools to design the logic, then implement and test the workflows myself.
