- Provide Product and Service informations to customers
- Escalate complex issues to human representatives
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and guide users through setup and installation processes.
As a virtual assistant, I can;
- Manage schedules and calendar
- I can research and book travel appointments such as flights, hotels and rental cars using my expertise in Booking.com and Airbnb.
- I can prioritize tasks, create cards, and set reminders to ensure deadlines are met.
- I can make outbound and inbound calls
