As reflect on my professional journey, my career has been shaped by diverse roles in customer facing services, loan recovery and credit management. Each position has taught me invaluable lessons about empathy, problem solving, and relationship building. I've learned to navigate customer inquires, resolve complaints and provide tailored product information. One of the most significant takeaway from my experience as a loan recovery officer and credit and collection officer is the importance of communication in negotiating ability that could help them in paying their loans.
Throughout my journey, I've developed a blend of skill that enable me to thrive in fast-paced environment. Some of my proudest achievements include consistently exceeding customer satisfaction targets, successfully recovering delinquent loans( funny stories my work back then, we had this monthly contest of who recovers the most at the end of the month and was a good to see myself win sometimes which makes one excited to do better)
These accomplishment demonstrate my commitment to delivering exceptional results.
