Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of Boie Drug, a new division of the company focusing
on retail sales, a spin-off from traditional pharmaceutical distribution and direct selling to partner
drugstores. Identified strategies and established policies that enabled this division launch its first retail
store eight months after conceptualization. Within one year from its initial launch, a total of eight branches
were operating with six more in the pipeline.
Scaled and reorganized the Human Resources and Admin Department to meet demands of company
expansion. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation
structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
Fostered open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization. Ensured dueprocess for every employee discipline hearing and provides employee counseling as necessary. Worked
