Rissa has a total of 27 years of experience in human resources development, having worked in various capacities as Center of Excellence, HR Operations Lead, HR business partner and external HR Consultant.

Her 12 years of work experience in management roles in human resources started as the lead for Personnel and Industrial Relations Department of a manufacturing firm, a position she held for more than four years. In her recent two employments, she served as the HR and Admin Manager where her focus is to develop and implement HR strategy for business expansion while overseeing the whole gamut of HR service delivery: talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, employee discipline and labor/employee relations, total rewards management, exit interviews and off boarding processes.
