Hi, I’m Victory! I have over four years of experience working in customer service and administrative support across industries like logistics, hospitality, sales, and fashion. In each role, I’ve focused on helping customers with their inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and making sure backend operations run smoothly.

I’ve worked with customers through phone, email, and live chat, and I’m confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, and CRMs such as QuickBooks and Freshdesk. I enjoy keeping things organized—whether it’s managing records, scheduling tasks, or tracking customer feedback to improve services.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that customer service is not just about solving problems. It’s about building trust, making people feel heard, and leaving them with a positive experience. I always bring patience, empathy, and attention to detail into every interaction.

In my previous roles, I helped increase client retention by resolving issues promptly, supported upselling strategies that boosted sales, and collaborated with internal teams to streamline service delivery.
