Nurhayati has worked extensively with several USAID-funded programs in Afghanistan and Indonesia in senior positions including Grant Director, Finance and Administration Director, Finance and Operations Manager, Subcontracts & Grants Manager, Office Administrator Officer and Office Manager. This experience has given her an in-depth knowledge of USAID financial management policies and procedures.

Held several senior operations and project management positions on a number of international and donor-funded projects, including US State Department, USAID, DFID, and UNDP. Possess strong leadership, team-building, and organizational abilities.

Working country experience includes Indonesia, Afghanistan and Turkey
