Ntokozo Londiwe Mdletshe

I hold a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, one of the top Universities in Africa. I am an Industrial Engineer by profession currently a Technical Services and Solutions Advisory Specialist at Airports Company South Africa. My career spans over 14 years, 6 of which have been in senior professional and management positions. My core focus is the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical and improvement solutions for operations whilst constantly evaluating the success of the implemented solution. I build strong relationships with stakeholders and bring multidisciplinary teams together. My area of expertise includes but not limited to, business process mapping, operational planning and management and continuous improvement of operations. I deal with a commendable list of clients across Africa and within South Africa to ensure operationalization of infrastructure, training of staff, development of standard operating procedures and maintaining strong healthy relationships with clients.
