I am Novie Rose Butt, a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management. I started my career as a Customer Service Specialist for an Australian Travel Company for 1 year then I became an Overseas Filipino Worker in Taiwan for almost three years. But due to the global pandemic, I got laid off and came back to the Philippines.
In times of the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing, finding a new job is not easy. But in every crisis, there is an opportunity. Maybe this is the best time to recharge and learn new skills that can make me fit for a potentially huge change.
Though freelancing is a different path from my previous field, I have acquired some skills in my previous job as a Customer Service Specialist such as assisting clients with flight reservations, handling complaints, email management, and communication skills. I am also competent, flexible, hardworking, and committed to prompt and courteous customer service. I am confident that I can contribute and help your company achieve its goals and objectives.
