I am an experienced in Master Data Administration under Customer Relation Management for 4 years. I am very careful in following instructions for all the tasks given, analyzing and understand details of the request and resolves customer accounts using SAP CRM system Global Template. Also handles email for follow up communication to requester (globally). So that I make sure job is done well, complete and without errors. Then eventually, I was promoted as Operations Supervisor.

I graduated a 2 year Computer Secretarial course with an Excellent Award.

For now, I am a housewife and a part timer Agent in a Life Insurance company but I rarely have a client meeting that is why I am looking for a Part time Job online / work at home in able to contribute with our daily needs.

But before I resigned, I was a Customer Service Representative for more than a year. Handles inbound calls from customers concerning about their Telcom Financial account. Accurately process payments, general concerns about disputes, payment due concerns, financial informations, basic troubleshooting. And properly accomplish notation for the account.

I am willing to work up to 6 hours a day and rest assured will comply and finish the task given in a timely manner. Looking forward in working with you.
